2008/2009 Second Chance Report

2008/2009 Second Chance Report cover

We are proud to release the 2008 -2009 Second Chance Report which includes financial statements and profiles of successful Second Chance program graduates.

For every dollar invested in Second Chance, the Social Return on Investment-SROI-is 577%.[1] This means that Second Chance is returning 5.77 times what it spends in a year back to the community in additional payroll taxes combined and in with the savings associated with avoiding incarceration expenses.

Your year-end contribution today, of any amount, will help us serve the increasing number of men, women and youth seeking a second chance.  To show our appreciation for your additional investment, we will send you a 2010 Building for Success calendar featuring 12 graduates who have benefited from Second Chance, and listing the Second Chance class dates.

You have played an important role in building our success thus far.  Any investment you can make today will help us to continue to transform lives from despair to hope.
