Philosophy
The basic belief that all people experience problems in living. Life problems can overwhelm anyone. All of us may need help when overwhelmed. We may need help to make changes at such time. Therapy is a way to get help with making the changes we need in how we live.

Theory
We are humanistic in our theory. We provide a safe and confidential relationship with a therapist you can trust. We help you become ready, willing and able to make changes in how you live. We help you find your own solutions to life problems.

How to Start Therapy
This is simple. Any participant or graduate can request a first appointment. A Support Service Therapy is provided as a support service. The only cost is your time and commitment to make life changes.
