In order to be eligible for the Prisoner Reentry Employment Program (PREP), the potential participant must be incarcerated and approaching release at the time the request is made. Please contact Lisa Valenzuela, Second Chance Reentry Division Manager or Patti Ryan, Second Chance Transitional Case Manager for more detailed information on PREP and how to enroll in the program.
