Since its inception in San Diego in 1998 and 2007, 114 classes—that’s 2,790 economically disadvantaged individuals—have graduated from our nationally recognized STRIVE job readiness training program.[1] 70% of STRIVE graduates secure employment after graduation, and 70% of those graduates are still employed two years after their completion of the program.[1] [1] Based on STRIVE Uniform Outcome Reports filed quarterly with the national STRIVE program office. |
