YOUTH GARDEN PROGRAM
The Second Chance Youth Garden is a six-week program combining hands-on urban farming and classroom learning. Youth earn a weekly stipend and gain job readiness skills.
Youthful Offender Rehabilitaion Program (YORP) meets the needs of the county’s most severe and chronic juvenile offenders by using evidence-based curricula and cognitive behavioral interventions to rehabilitate youth inside the East Mesa and Kearny Mesa Juvenile Detention Facilities.

The Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act Youth Program provides occupational skills training and credentials and supportive services to out-of-school youth living in City Heights, Barrio Logan and Southeast San Diego
